You can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us here which order it is, and we confirm by email.

By confirming you send your withdrawal to HACOY GmbH. We record the date and time and confirm receipt by email without delay. You do not need to give a reason.

What happens next

Please send the pieces back to us within 14 days of your withdrawal. The return is on us. We refund every payment, including standard delivery, within 14 days, with the payment method you used. We may hold the refund until the pieces are back with us or you have shown that you sent them.

Pieces made to your own measurements cannot be withdrawn from. If a piece is faulty, your legal guarantee rights apply; write to hello@hacoy.com with your order number.
