Do I need a membership for repairs?

No. Repair is complimentary for every HACOY owner, member or not. Members simply go first.

What is the difference between yearly and monthly?

Both carry the same membership and the same perks: first look, priority for repairs, evenings for members and gifted shipping. The difference is the price. Yearly is €90 with two months on us, and monthly is €9 and cancels any time.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. The monthly plan cancels whenever you like, and the yearly plan simply renews once a year.

Does membership change the price of the pieces?

No. Everyone pays the same honest price, and membership adds care and closeness around the pieces you keep.

Where do I use my member perks?
