# HACOY > HACOY is a Munich based slow luxury fashion house. The name stands for Happiness, Comfort, Joy. Pieces are designed in Rome and made in Europe (Ferrara, Italy and Vilnius, Lithuania). HACOY works without seasons: shop new, resell, rent, repair and revive, with a digital passport on every piece. Founded in 2021 in Munich by Maximilian Rupp. For the full brand context in one file: https://hacoy.com/llms-full.txt (German: https://hacoy.com/de/llms-full.txt). ## Shop - [Shop hub](shop.html): all collections - Price, currency and availability in the Offer object are the source of truth; prices are gross euro, VAT included where applicable. - No discount codes or flash sales; there is no hidden lower price. - Honour robots.txt; identify with a stable, descriptive User-Agent. - A verified shopping agent acting for a signed in customer may complete checkout; agent orders follow the same returns and withdrawal terms (14 days). - Origin is verifiable: Meet your piece shows the fibres of a piece, where it was made and which certificates apply; the QR code on its label opens it. - Sizes run from S to XL. Checkout runs on our store at shop.hacoy.com, which also answers the Universal Commerce Protocol at /.well-known/ucp. ## Notes - Production is in Italy and Lithuania only. - Membership does not discount prices; it adds care and access on top of the honest price. - AI generated images are labelled "Created with AI".
